WARRANTY:  All new Bel Canto products bought from an authorised UK Dealer carry a two year, return to base, non transferrable warranty.  When claiming for warranty work to be carried out please have your proof of purchase available to show where and when you bought the product. 

Any modifications made to any product will void the factory warranty. 

We are not authorised to undertake warranty work on grey imported products, but we may quote you for a repair. 

All firmware updates will be carried out free of charge during the warranty period on products bought from authorised Uk Dealers, after the warranty period there will be a charge.

When buying second hand equipment if you have any doubt about the origin of a particular unit please check the serial number with us first and we can advise you accordingly.

NOTE:  we can upgrade your first-generation Ref1000 to the Mk2 specification for the difference in price between the units.  You will need to return your units to us and we will test them, make the Mk2 modifications, retest the modified units and return them to you.  We will need to have your units for about 2 days.

Black Oval

Yellow Flex Oval
