WARRANTY:  All new Bel Canto products bought from an authorised UK Dealer carry a two year, return to base, non transferrable warranty.  When claiming for warranty work to be carried out please have your proof of purchase available to show where and when you bought the product. 

NOTE: Any modifications made to any product will void the factory warranty.  We will not service, repair or upgrade any Bel Canto unit that does not have an authentic factory applied serial number.

We are not authorised to undertake warranty work on grey imported products, but we may quote you for a repair. 

All firmware updates will be carried out free of charge during the warranty period on products bought from authorised Uk Dealers, after the warranty period there will be a charge.

When buying second hand equipment if you have any doubt about the origin of a particular unit please check the serial number with us first and we can advise you accordingly.

Bel Canto NEWS

Bel Canto have introduced a Virtual Battery Supply (VBS1) for their front end components that gives all the advantages of a 12 volt lead acid battery, but without the lead, the acid or the battery!  The VBS1 is capable of supplying 12 volts to power up to three Bel Canto source components equipped with the new 12V internal power supply board.

The CD2 already comes equipped to receive 12 volts and Bel Canto are providing 12 volt versions of the DAC3, Pre3 and Phono3.  aanvil audio can upgrade your mains components to the VB standard for use with either the LNS1 or the VBS1. 

NOTE:  we can only upgrade standard Bel Canto components to the VB series - if your unit has been modified in any way we will not be able to perform the upgrade.

Black Oval
