WARRANTY: All new Bel Canto products bought from an authorised UK Dealer carry a two year, return to base, non transferrable warranty, activated by registering on the Bel Canto website. When requesting warranty work to be carried out by aanvil audio Limited please have your proof of purchase available to show where and when you bought the product.
NOTE: Any modifications made to any product will void the factory warranty. We will not service, repair or upgrade any Bel Canto unit that does not have an authentic factory applied serial number.
We are not authorised to undertake warranty work on grey imported products, but we may, at our discretion, quote you for a repair.
All firmware updates will be carried out free of charge during the warranty period on products bought from authorised Uk Dealers, after the warranty period there will be a charge.
When buying second hand equipment if you have any doubt about the origin of a particular unit please check the serial number with us first and we can advise you accordingly.
